Notice of Annual General Meeting to be Fully Virtual Format
PanJam Investment Limited has advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 1, 2020 at 3:00p.m. in a fully virtual format.
In light of the recent increase in local COVID-19 cases and the related protocols to contain its spread, stockholders will only be able to participate in the AGM virtually. All stockholders will be able to participate via live stream and vote on matters arising at the meeting at the link below:
