Notice of Virtual Annual General Meeting

PanJam Investment Limited advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled for Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 3:00pm.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the related protocols to contain its spread, there will be no physical venue to attend this year’s AGM.

All stockholders will be able to participate via live stream and vote on matters arising at the meeting at the link below:

These arrangements will allow all stockholders, regardless of geographic location, to have an equal opportunity to participate in the AGM and engage the Company’s Board of Directors, Senior Management Team and Auditors.

Voting at the AGM will also be facilitated by completed proxy forms that stockholders are to submit to the Company’s Registrar not less than forty-eight hours prior to the meeting at Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited, Group Legal Trust & Corporate Services, Ground Floor, 28-48 Barbados Avenue, Kingston 5.
