In light of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic and the related protocols to limit its spread, stockholders will only be able to participate in the Annual General Meeting via live stream and vote on matters arising at the meeting through a link to be provided on this website and that of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (www.jamstockex.com), as well as in the national print media.
